Terms & Conditions

§ 1 Basis
These terms and conditions form the basis for all offers and contracts. They apply automatically to future business relationships without the need for a renewed agreement.
§ 2 Validity of offers
We reserve the right to interim sales. Specifically prepared offers are binding for four weeks unless a different arrangement is made.
§ 3 Pricing
If more than four months pass between conclusion of the contract and delivery, the prices applicable at the time of delivery shall apply. If a price increase exceeds the original agreement by more than ten percent, the buyer may withdraw from the contract.
§ 4 Delivery terms
Delivery dates require written confirmation. The order is accepted upon dispatch of the goods. Place of performance for entrepreneurs is Dettenhausen. Shipping is at the buyer's expense; minimum order value 15 €. Transport insurance is included in the price.
§ 5 Payment terms
Invoices are due immediately upon receipt of goods. New customers are supplied against advance payment. Credit card payments (VISA, Eurocard) are accepted. The buyer is only permitted to set off undisputed or legally established counterclaims.
§ 6 Warranty
In the case of defective goods or missing assured properties, the buyer can demand replacement or rectification. If rectification fails, the buyer is entitled to a price reduction or withdrawal. Claims for damages are excluded except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Claims for injury to life, limb or health remain unrestricted.
§ 7 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until all claims have been paid in full. In the event of default in payment, we may reclaim the goods. The assertion of retention of title does not automatically constitute a withdrawal.
§ 8 Data storage
In accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act, names, addresses and business-relevant data are stored electronically. Details: Privacy policy.
§ 9 Right of withdrawal (Distance Selling Act)
Consumers have the right to withdraw their declaration in text form within two weeks without giving reasons. We bear the return costs for goods over 40 €, otherwise the buyer. Refunds are made within 30 days of receipt of the withdrawal declaration.
§ 10 Place of performance and applicable law
Place of performance is Dettenhausen. German law applies exclusively — regardless of the buyer's place of residence.
