Roland Ekle studied tuba at the State Academy of Music in Stuttgart and founded MTP in 2001. Today we operate one of Germany's most specialised wholesale operations for woodwind and brass instruments on roughly 600 m² of warehouse space — with our own production and our own workshop.

Made in Germany — for over two decades.
Our own production builds Perinet trumpets, concert trumpets, euphoniums and tubas. All imported instruments in our wholesale catalogue additionally pass through our in-house workshop and external master workshops before they leave our premises.
MTP combines German engineering with the tradition of Asian craftsmanship — and guarantees a consistent quality standard across the entire range.
Patented valve design from German precision engineering.
Our TITAN light valves for tubas are produced in cooperation with the precision engineering shop of Otto Beckert. The result: a practically indestructible system with exceptionally light response — an in-house development that we have patented.
A personal touch for your instrument.
On request we decorate your instrument with an individual hand engraving — from a discreet monogram to a richly ornamented bell. The work is carried out by our master engraver directly in Dettenhausen.
